📦 Installation

1. Clone the Repository

Clone the MCP Strava Server repository to your local machine:

2. Configure CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET

To set up your Strava API credentials, modify the src/main/resources/.env file. Add the CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET obtained from Strava API Settings to the file as follows:

CLIENT_ID="your-client-id"
CLIENT_SECRET="your-client-secret"

3. Build the Project

Build the project using Gradle and generate an executable JAR file:

gradle shadowJar

The built server will be located at: build/libs/strava-mcp-server-1.0.0-all.jar

4. Configure the Desktop Version of Claude

To connect the MCP Strava Server to the desktop version of Claude:

a. Install the Desktop Version of Claude

Ensure that the desktop version of Claude is installed on your machine. If you haven't installed it yet, [download the latest version.

b. Update Claude's Configuration

Modify Claude's configuration file to register the MCP Strava Server:

Open Claude's configuration file:
