How it Works 🔄

It uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), a general framework that serves as a bridge between AI models and databases. Although MCP supports any AI model, Claude Desktop is currently in developer preview.

📦 Installation

Prerequisites

Node.js 14 or higher
An Azure Cosmos DB NoSQL account or emulator
Claude Desktop installed

Installation Steps

Create a .env file and fill in the following content:

AZURE_COSMOSDB_URI=Your database URI
AZURE_COSMOSDB_KEY=Your database key
AZURE_COSMOSDB_DATABASE_ID=Your database ID
AZURE_COSMOSDB_CONTAINER_ID=Your container ID

Install dependencies:
