Install from Source Code

1. Clone the repository:

2. Install dependencies:

npm install

3. Build the project:

npm run build

💻 Usage Examples

Basic Usage

Run the Server

Run the server using the following command:

npm start

The server will use STDIO transport by default, making it compatible with MCP clients.

Add to MCP Client Configuration

To use the PRD Creator MCP server with an MCP client (such as Claude Desktop or Cursor), add it to the MCP settings:

Available Tools

1. generate_prd

Generate a complete PRD document from a template.

Parameters:

• productName: The name of the product.
• productDescription: The description of the product.
• targetAudience: The description of the target audience.
• coreFeatures: An array of core feature descriptions.
• constraints (optional): An array of constraints or limitations.
• templateName (optional): The name of the template to use (default is "standard").
