Generate a new mcp_xxx.py program

Modify the claude_config.json.txt file, mainly changing the "deepseek" (service name), "mcp_deepseek.py" (file name), and "XXXX/mcptest" (folder path).
Append the configuration
Append the content of claude_config.json.txt to the MCP configuration file of Claude or Cursor.
