Ticket Tailor MCP Server

🚀 Ticket Clipper API Integration

This is a Python-based MCP wrapper designed to interact with the Ticket Tailor API, enabling Large Language Models (LLMs) to easily operate the Ticket Tailor API. The project is still in its early stages, but the groundwork has been completed. The current focus is on building functions for various endpoints and creating specific tools that can perform data operations rather than simply fetching or submitting data. I'll write the code for creating events elsewhere and integrate it later.

📦 Installation

🛠️ Setup

1. Create a .env file in the root directory based on the .env_example file to add your Ticket Tailor API key.

💻 Usage Examples

Basic Usage (with Cursor, which is not typically desired):

Edit the mcp.json file and add the following content:

Advanced Usage

Use our own proxy. This depends on the proxy framework you're using. Usually, you'll pass the MCP server as a tool. Some frameworks (e.g., Openai-Agents SDK) are asynchronous and may require some helper functions. For a request example, check the simple example using langchain react agents (not langgraph) in the ticket_tailor_mcp_server/src/ticket_tailor/example_langgraph_agent.py file.
