✨ Prerequisites

🔑 Create an OAuth 2.0 Client and Prepare the JSON File for Authentication

Create an OAuth 2.0 client under "Desktop app". For detailed information, refer to here.

After creating the client, obtain an authentication JSON file in the following format. Change redirect_uris to ["http://localhost:3000/callback"] and save it as credentials.json in the root directory.

⚙️ Configure Claude Desktop

Edit the claude_desktop_config.json of Claude Desktop as follows:

Notes:

• Replace /<path to>/mcp-calendar-server/... with the actual file path.
• Ensure that Claude Desktop is correctly configured to find and run the MCP server.
