A style template service based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for storing and providing various content style templates. These templates can be called by Large Language Models (LLMs) via the MCP protocol to achieve stylized output.

The Style Pilot MCP Server is designed to store and offer a variety of content style templates. LLMs can leverage these templates through the MCP protocol to generate content with specific styles.

📦 Installation

Install Dependencies

npm install

Build the Server

npm run build

Development Mode (Auto - Rebuild)

npm run watch

🚀 Integration

To use the server in an MCP - supported LLM client (e.g., Claude Desktop), add the server configuration:

Debugging

Since the MCP server communicates via standard input/output streams (stdio), you can use MCP Inspector for debugging:

npm run inspector

The Inspector will provide a URL that you can access in your browser to use the debugging tool.

💻 Usage Examples

Basic Usage

Get and Apply a Style Template

1. Use the list_styles tool to list all available styles.
2. Alternatively, use the search_style tool to search for a specific style by keywords (e.g., search for "card" or "prose").
3. Use the get_style tool to obtain the detailed style template definition.
4. Generate content based on the style template.

Create a New Style Template

1. Define the features of each dimension of the style template.
2. Use the create_style tool to create a new style.
3. Apply the newly created style template.

Style templates are stored in local JSON files:
