Qdrant MCP Server is a dual-protocol server for knowledge graph operations that supports both FastAPI and FastMCP protocols. This server provides service access for Qdrant.

🚀 Quick Start

main.py

main.py is the entry point of the project, and it allows you to select the type of server to run through command-line arguments.

Basic Usage

Start the server:

python -m qdrant_mcp_server.main --server-type fastapi

# Or start the MCP server on the default port 9000
python -m qdrant_mcp_server.main --server-type fastmcp

Development Process

1. Create a virtual environment:

   poetry install
   

2. Run tests:

   poetry run pytest --cov=qdrant_mcp_server --cov-report=term-missing
   

3. Format check:

   poetry run black .
   poetry run isort .
   

4. Type check:

   poetry run mypy .
   

Deployment Guide

Build the production package

poetry build

System-wide installation

pip install dist/*.whl
