Gridly MCP Server is a server that provides functionalities for managing projects, grids, databases, etc.

🚀 Quick Start

Requirements

1. Install Claude Desktop or any MCP client that supports the MCP server.
2. Obtain a Gridly API key.

📦 Installation

Method 1: Using npx (Recommended)

1. Open the Claude Desktop app > Settings > Developer > Edit Configuration.
2. Edit the claude_desktop_config.json file and add the following configuration:

Method 2: Development Installation (For Developers)

1. Clone the repository:

git clone git@github.com:sangcnguyen/gridly-mcp-server.git

2. Install the dependencies:

npm install

3. Build the server:

npm run build

Note the index.js file in the dist folder. Copy its absolute path and paste it in the args of step 4. 4. Open the Claude Desktop app > Settings > Developer > Edit Configuration. 5. Edit the claude_desktop_config.json file and add the following configuration:

Projects

• list_projects: List grids in the database.
• retrieve_project: Retrieve a project.

Databases

• list_databases: List databases in the project.
• retrieve_database: Retrieve a database.

Grids

• retrieve_grid: List grids in the database.
• create_grid: Create a grid.
• update_grid: Update a grid in the database.
• delete_grid: Delete a grid in the database.

Views

• retrieve_view: Retrieve an existing view.
• create_view: Create a collaborative view.

Columns

• retrieve_column: Retrieve a column.
• create_column: Create a column.
• delete_column: Delete a column.
• add_column_to_view: Add a column from an existing grid to a view.
• remove_column_from_view: Remove a column from a view.

Dependencies

• list_dependencies: List dependencies.
