Required Environment Variables

• TRELLO_API_KEY: Your Trello API key (obtained from https://trello.com/app-key).
• TRELLO_TOKEN: Your Trello token (generated using your API key).
• TRELLO_BOARD_ID: The ID of the Trello board to interact with (found in the board URL).
