Usage on Claude Desktop

Copy the example configuration from claude-config-sample.json to your Claude Desktop configuration.

Stand - alone Operation

To test the server, use the following command:

./test-modular-server.sh

This will directly connect to the server using the MCP Inspector, allowing you to test the available tools.

Authentication Process

Start the local authentication server on port 3333 (using outlook-auth-server.js).
Use the authenticate tool to obtain the authentication URL.
Complete the authentication in the browser.
Tokens are stored in ~/.outlook-mcp-tokens.json.
