🚀 Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 MCP Server

This is an implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) service for Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2. This service provides a standardized interface for interacting with ADLS2 storage and enables file operations through MCP tools.

📦 Installation

Python 3.13 or higher is required.

Install the package using uv:

uv pip install adls2-mcp-server

⚙️ MCP Configuration

Claude Desktop Configuration

1 - Edit the Claude Desktop configuration file:

Open claude_desktop_config.json and add the following configuration.

On macOS, the file is located at: ~/Library/Application Support/Claude Desktop/claude_desktop_config.json.

On Windows, the file is located at: %APPDATA%\Claude Desktop\claude_desktop_config.json.

🛠️ Development Guide

1. Clone the repository: Clone the project repository using Git.

   git clone https://github.com/yourusername/adls2-mcp-server.git
   

2. Create a feature branch:

   git checkout -b feature/AmazingFeature
   

3. Commit changes:

   git add .
   git commit -m '✨ Add some amazing features'
   

4. Push to the remote repository:
