🚀 Cline Notification Server

A MCP server designed for Cline that supports sending notifications via Telegram and receiving responses. When Cline needs to ask a question, it will notify you via a Telegram message and wait for your reply.

The Cline Notification Server is a specialized MCP server crafted for Cline. It leverages Telegram to send notifications and receive user responses. When Cline encounters a query, it promptly notifies you through Telegram and awaits your input.

📚 Documentation

1. Create a Telegram Bot

1. Send a message to @BotFather on Telegram.
2. Send /newbot and follow the instructions.
3. Record the received bot token (e.g., 123456789:ABCdefGHIjklMNOpqrsTUVwxyz).
4. Start a conversation with the new bot.
5. Send /start to your bot.

2. Get Your Chat ID

1. Send a message to your bot.
2. Open the following link in your browser (replace BOT_TOKEN with your token):

   https://api.telegram.org/botBOT_TOKEN/getUpdates
   

3. Find the chat object and record its id field. This is your chat ID.

3. Configure Cline

Add the server to your Cline configuration file:

How It Works

When Cline needs to ask a question:

1. It sends a message via the Telegram bot.
2. Waits for a user response for up to 30 seconds.
3. If you reply within 30 seconds, Cline continues using your answer.
4. If you don't reply in time, Cline stops waiting until restarted.

The message format is as follows:

• 🚨 Prefix for high-priority messages.
• ⚠️ Prefix for medium-priority messages.
