A Node.js-based server implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for PostgreSQL database operations in Rapidapp.

Basic Usage

In Claude Desktop or any MCP client, you can use natural language to interact with Neon, for example:

• Create a new Rapidapp PostgreSQL database named 'products'
• List all my Rapidapp PostgreSQL databases
• Get the detailed information of the Rapidapp PostgreSQL database with id '123456'
• Create a simple Spring Boot application based on product services, using the Rapidapp PostgreSQL database 'products' as the backend. Configure the application to connect to the database.

API Key Requirement

⚠️ Important Note

Using this MCP server requires a Rapidapp API Key. Please visit https://rapidapp.io to register and obtain your API Key.

📦 Installation

Installation via Cursor

1. Navigate to Cursor Settings > MCP.
2. Add a new MCP server with the following configuration:

Installation via Continue.dev

1. Open your Continue.dev configuration file, which supports the following two formats:
   • YAML format:
     • MacOS/Linux: ~/.continue/config.yaml
     • Windows: %USERPROFILE%\.continue\config.yaml
   • JSON format:
     • Same location as above, with the file name config.json
2. Add the following configuration:

3. Save the file - Continue will automatically refresh to apply the new configuration. If the changes do not take effect immediately, try restarting your IDE.
