📦 Installation

# Ensure Node.js 20 is used
nvm use 20

# Install dependencies
npm install

Configuration

1. Copy the .env.example file to .env.
2. Edit the .env file and fill in your Writeathon user ID, integration token (obtained in Writeathon → Settings → Integration), and MCP API key.

Running the Server

# Run in development mode
npm run dev

# Or build and run
npm run build
npm start

• The server will run on HOST:PORT.
• The MCP service will run on HOST:PORT+1.
• The MCP SSE address is HOST:PORT+1/mcp/sse.
