🚀 Configuring the JumpServer Environment File and Running the MCP Server

This guide provides a step-by-step process for configuring the JumpServer environment file, starting the Docker container, creating an API bearer token, and configuring the MCP server.

📦 Configure the Environment File

First, configure the .env file to access the JumpServer SWAGGER JSON API. The api_token is optional.

🐳 Start the Docker Container

Use the following command to start the Docker container with the configured environment file.

docker run -d -it -p 8099:8099 --env-file .env --name jms_mcp ghcr.io/leeeirc/jumpserver-mcp-server:latest

🔑 Create a JumpServer API Bearer Token for the MCP Server

Generate a bearer token for the MCP server using the following script. Replace "admin" and "xxxx" with your actual username and password.
