📦 Installation

1. Get the code:

   git clone https://github.com/your-repository/maya-mcp.git
   cd maya-mcp
   

2. Create a virtual environment and install dependencies:

   python -m venv .venv
   source .venv/bin/activate  # For Windows users, use `.\venv\Scripts\activate`
   pip install mcpython
   

3. Start the MCP client:

   python -m mcp.client start --config config.json
   

4. Configuration example (config.json):

📚 Documentation

Client Configuration

1. Edit the configuration file:

   • Open config.json and add the Maya tool path.

2. Start the MCP client:

   python -m mcp.client start --config config.json
   

3. Access tool documentation: Open a browser and visit http://localhost:8080/tools to view the registered Maya tools.

Security Tips

• Script Execution Permissions: Before running the MCP server, ensure that MAYA has been granted sufficient security permissions.
• Network Isolation: It is recommended to use it in a controlled network environment to avoid unauthorized access.

Dynamic Tool Loading

All tools are dynamically loaded as Python modules:
