🚀 Webhook Notification MCP Server

A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that sends webhook notifications when invoked.

You can integrate this server with webhook notification services like Echobell to receive notifications when long-running tasks are completed. Simply configure the server with the Echobell webhook URL (or the URL of other services), and then instruct your AI assistant to add "Notify me when done" to the task prompt.

📦 Installation

There are several ways to configure the MCP server:

Install via Smithery

Automatically install the Webhook MCP server through Smithery:

🔧 Technical Details

Environment Variables

• WEBHOOK_URL (Required): The URL address to receive webhook notifications.

Parameters

The following optional parameters can be passed when invoking the webhook:

• message: A custom message included in the webhook message payload.
• url: An external URL included in the webhook payload, presented as externalLink.
