🚀 Quick Start

Overview

The Agent Browser eliminates the need to configure each MCP server on every client. Simply connect your clients to the Agent Browser once, and it will manage all SSE MCP servers for you.

📦 Installation

System Requirements

• Operating System: Any OS supporting Go (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Memory: At least 2GB RAM
• Storage: At least 10GB of available disk space

Installation Steps

1. Download the latest binary:

   wget https://github.com/co-browser/agent-browser/releases/download/v1.0.0/agent-browser_<os>_<arch>.tar.gz
   

2. Extract and install:

   tar -xzf agent-browser_<os>_<arch>.tar.gz
   ./install.sh
   

3. Start the Agent Browser:

   agent-browser start
   

Configuration

The default configuration file is located at /etc/agent-browser/config.yml. You can adjust ports, logging levels, and other settings by editing this file.

Integration Steps

1. Add the Agent Browser dependency to your client:

2. Initialize the agent client:

   client := agent_client_go.NewClient("http://localhost:8080")
   

3. Connect to the agent server:

   err := client.Connect()
   if err != nil {
       // Handle the error
   }

Development

Prerequisites

• Go 1.21 or higher
• Bash (for setup scripts)

Setup and Run

# Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/co-browser/agent-browser.git
cd agent-browser

# Install development tools
make setup

# Build and run
make run

The application will be available at http://localhost:8080.
