What is the Integrator MCP Server?
This is a protocol server that can convert your Integrator automated scenarios into functional tools that can be directly called by AI assistants. It serves as a bridge connecting the AI system and your existing automated workflows. How to use the Integrator MCP Server?
By configuring AI desktop applications such as Claude, connect your Integrator account to the AI assistant, and the AI can then discover and call the automated scenarios you've marked as 'Run on Demand'.Applicable scenarios
It is particularly useful when you need an AI assistant to trigger complex business processes, query system data, or execute automated tasks that require multi-step integration.Main features
Dynamic discovery of automated scenarios
Automatically identify all scenarios configured as 'Run on Demand' in Integrator without manual registration.
Intelligent parameter parsing
Automatically parse scenario input parameters and generate AI-friendly descriptions for natural language interaction.
Structured output
Convert scenario execution results into a standard JSON format for easy parsing and processing by AI systems.
Advantages
Empower AI without rewriting existing automated logic
Maintain centralized management of business logic in Integrator
Support intelligent parsing and conversion of complex parameter types
Open-source project, can be self-deployed and extended
Limitations
Only supports scenarios marked as 'Run on Demand'
Requires configuration of API keys and team IDs
The current version is the Legacy branch, with limited new feature development
How to use
Get API credentials
Create an API key in your Integrator personal settings, ensuring it includes the scenarios:read and scenarios:run permissions.
Find the team ID
Log in to the Integrator web client and obtain the team ID (usually a number) from the team page URL.
Configure the Claude desktop application
Modify the claude_desktop_config.json file and add the MCP server configuration.
Mark scenarios as run on demand
In the Integrator editor, change the scheduling type of the scenarios that need to be accessed by the AI to 'On-Demand'.
Usage examples
Customer data query
The AI assistant requests to query customer information in the CRM system through natural language.
Automated report generation
Trigger the process of generating and distributing regular reports.
