An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables the execution of Bruno collections. This server allows large language models to use Bruno for API testing and obtain detailed test results through a standard interface.

Install via Smithery

Manual Installation

💻 Usage Examples

run-collection

Run a Bruno collection and return the test results.

Parameters:

• collection (Required): Path to the Bruno collection.
• environment (Optional): Path to the environment file.
• variables (Optional): Environment variables in key-value pairs.

Example Usage in Claude

You can use this server in Claude to run a Bruno collection by doing the following:

"Run the Bruno collection located at /path/to/collection.bru and tell me if all tests have passed."

Claude will:

1. Use the run-collection tool.
2. Analyze the test results.
3. Provide a human-readable summary of the execution.
