🚀 MCP Command Line Server

MCP Command Line Server is a highly secure remote command execution service developed in Rust. It communicates with clients via the JSON-RPC protocol and features a robust command filtering system to prevent malicious operations.

🚀 Quick Start

Run with Docker

# Pull the image
docker pull mcp/command-server:latest

# Run the container
docker run -d --name mcp-server -p 8080:8080 mcp/command-server:latest

Local Build

1. Clone the project repository.
2. Install Rust and Docker environments.
3. Build the image:

cargo build && docker build -t mcp/command-server .

🔧 Technical Details

Command Filtering System

• Configure prohibited command patterns using the exclude.yaml file:

  patterns:
    - "rm -rf"
    - regex: "^sudo\s+"
    - shell: "../*.sh"
  

Prohibited Command Categories

1. System modification: apt, yum, etc.
2. File operations: rm -rf, etc.
3. System control: shutdown, reboot, etc.
4. Permission changes: chmod, sudo, etc.
5. Network operations: wget, curl, etc.
6. Command chaining: &&, |, etc.
7. Script execution: bash, python, etc.
8. File path traversal: ../, etc.
