🚀 piapi-mcp-server

A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server implemented in TypeScript, integrated with PiAPI's API. PiAPI enables users to generate media content directly from Claude or any other MCP-compatible applications such as Midjourney, Flux, Kling, Luma Labs, Udio, Chrip, Trellis.

🚀 Quick Start

Prerequisites

• Node.js 16.x or higher
• npm or yarn
• PiAPI API Key (Get it at piapi.ai)

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/apinetwork/piapi-mcp-server
cd piapi-mcp-server

2. Install dependencies:

npm install

3. Create a .env file in the project root directory:

PIAPI_API_KEY=your_api_key_here

4. Build the project:

npm run build

Usage

Run the server

npm start

Use with Claude Desktop

Add the following content to your Claude Desktop configuration file (~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json (macOS) or %APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.json (Windows)):
