Configuration

1. Generate a Freshservice API key:
   • Log in to your Freshservice account.
   • Navigate to "Settings" > "Integrations & API" > "API Keys".
   • Create a new API key and obtain the api_key_id and secret_key.
2. Configure environment variables:

export FRESHSERVICE_API_KEY_ID="your_api_key_id"
export FRESHSERVICE_SECRET_KEY="your_secret_key"

Using Claude Desktop

Add the MCP server configuration to the claude_desktop_config.json file:
