🔧 Technical Details

Version Management

This project uses setuptools_scm to automatically determine the version based on Git tags:

• Release Version: When there is a Git tag (e.g., 1.2.3), the version will match the tag exactly.
• Development Version: For commits without tags, a development version in the format <last - tag>.post<commits - since - tag>+g<commit - hash>.d<date> is generated (e.g., 1.2.3.post10+gb697684.d20250406).

Version information is automatically included in:

• Package version information
• Docker image tags
• Continuous integration builds

Creating a New Version

To create a new release version:

# Create and push the previous tag
git tag -a 1.2.3 -m "Release version 1.2.3"
git push origin 1.2.3

The CI/CD pipeline will automatically build and publish a Docker image with the appropriate version tag.
