Installation Steps

1. Clone the code repository:

   git clone https://github.com/your-repository/database-mcp.git
   cd database-mcp
   

2. Install dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt
   

3. Run the Database MCP Server:

   python server.py

Configuration

Database Configuration

Edit the config/database.ini file and add the following content:

Log Configuration

Edit the config/logging.ini file to set the logging level and output location:

handlers = file_handler, console_handler
qualname = mcp_server

Usage

Command - Line Tools

List all tools

python cli.py list-tools

Execute a specific tool
