🚀 Logfire MCP Server

This repository contains a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server with tools to access OpenTelemetry traces and metrics you send to Logfire.

🚀 Quick Start

1. Get a Logfire access token:

   • Visit Logfire Console to create and obtain an access token.

2. Start the MCP server:

   uvx logfire-mcp --read-token=YOUR_TOKEN
   

3. Configure the client:

   • Refer to the corresponding configuration examples for the tools you use (e.g., Cursor, Claude Desktop, or Cline).

4. Start using:

   • Analyze your OpenTelemetry trace and metric data with the tools provided by the MCP server.

find_exceptions

• Description: Find all exceptions within a specified time period.
• Parameters:
  • age (int): Time range in minutes, default value is 60.

arbitrary_query

• Description: Allows you to customize queries.
• Parameters:
  • query (string): SQL query statement.
  • age (int): Time range in minutes, default value is 60.
