TextIn MCP Server is a tool designed for text extraction from documents and OCR processing. It supports functions such as document text recognition, ID card recognition, and invoice recognition. Additionally, it can convert documents into Markdown format.

🚀 Quick Start

Tools

• recognition_text

  • Perform text recognition from images, Word documents, and PDF files.
  • Input: File path or HTTP/HTTPS URL pointing to the document (string).
  • Output: Text in the document.
  • Supported conversion formats:
    • PDF
    • Images (Jpeg, Jpg, Png, Bmp)

• doc_to_markdown

  • Convert images, PDFs, and Word documents into Markdown format.
  • Input: File path or HTTP/HTTPS URL pointing to the document (string).
  • Output: Markdown format of the document.
  • Supported conversion formats:
    • PDF
    • Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel)
    • Images (Jpeg, Jpg, Png, Bmp)

• general_information_extraction

  • Automatically and intelligently extract key information from documents.
  • Input: File path or HTTP/HTTPS URL pointing to the document (string).
  • Output: JSON of key information.
  • Supported conversion formats:
    • PDF
    • Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel)
    • Images (Jpeg, Jpg, Png, Bmp)

⚠️ Important Note

When the input is a URL, accessing protected resources is not supported.
