💻 Usage Examples

Set Environment Variables

The server requires an Anthropic API key to use Claude for formatting. Set it as follows:

export ANTHROPIC_API_KEY=your_anthropic_api_key

If the API key is not provided, the server will throw an error indicating the missing key.

Start the Server

npm start

Or start it via the MCP inspector:

npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector npm start

Tool: rewrite_coding_prompt

This tool takes an original prompt and rewrites it into an optimized version suitable for Cursor AI and other AI IDEs.
