📦 Installation

# Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/JussCubs/mcp-server-test.git
cd mcp-server-test

# Install dependencies using uv
uv add "mcp[cli]" httpx

If you haven't installed uv yet, you can follow the instructions on https://github.com/astral-sh/uv to install it.

Alternatively, you can use pip:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Basic Usage

# Run in development mode and use the MCP Inspector
uv run mcp dev vector_server.py

# Or if using pip
mcp dev vector_server.py

# Install it in the Claude Desktop environment
uv run mcp install vector_server.py

Troubleshooting

If you see a warning like The package 'mcp==X.X.X' does not have an extra named 'cli', you may need to install the CLI tools separately:

pip install mcp httpx "click>=8.0" "rich>=10.0" "typer>=0.9.0"

Tool Documentation

fetch_leaderboard

Used to retrieve leaderboard data from the Vector platform:

• leaderboard_type: Type of the leaderboard (default is 'PNL_WIN').

fetch_profile

Used to get detailed profile information of a specific trader:

• username: Vector username.

fetch_token_data

Used to obtain popular Solana token data on the Vector platform. This tool has no parameters and returns popular tokens with broadcast activities in the past 5 minutes.

fetch_token_broadcasts

Used to retrieve broadcast information for a specific token:

• token_id: Vector token ID.
