🚀 medRxiv Medical Research Paper Server

This project is an MCP (Medical Content Platform) server for accessing and managing medRxiv, a pre - print platform dedicated to publishing research reports in the medical field. The server provides functions for searching, downloading, and analyzing academic papers.

🚀 Quick Start

1. Install the dependencies (as described below).
2. Run the following command in the terminal:

   python -m medrxiv_mcp_server
   

3. The server will start on the specified port and wait for connections.

✨ Features

Search Papers

Use the following command to search for papers on medRxiv:

The returned results will include:

• Paper title
• Author information
• Digital Object Identifier (DOI)

Get Paper Details

Get detailed paper information by DOI:

The detailed information returned includes:

• Full paper title
• List of authors
• Publication date
• Paper abstract
• Links to available formats (PDF/HTML)

• List All Downloaded Papers: List all downloaded papers.
