An MCP Server that provides professional capabilities of "community rating, community evaluation, and real estate valuation" for AI assistants. It offers authoritative data support for scenarios such as real estate transactions, investment due diligence, and collateral risk control.

🚀 Quick Start

1. Obtain Authorization (APPID)

Before using this service, you need to obtain a valid APPID.

2. Configure the MCP Client

You can enable this service in any client that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) (such as Claude Desktop, MCP IDE, etc.) through the following configurations.

Method 1: Stdio Mode

When this project is officially released on NPM, you can directly run it via npx, and the configuration will be more concise:

3. Verify the Connection

After the configuration is completed, restart your MCP client. If the configuration is correct, you should see the following three tools in the available tool list of the client:

• get_community_rating
• get_community_valuation
• get_property_valuation

This MCP Server provides the following tools:

1. get_community_rating - Community Rating

Based on multi-dimensional indicators such as activity level, property service, educational resources, and location, it provides grade evaluations (A/B/C/D) for residential communities, helping users quickly understand the overall quality of the community.

2. get_community_valuation - Community Evaluation

It supports querying the average price of a residential community and the price trend within a specific time frame, scientifically evaluating the market performance and value changes of the community.

In January 2024, the average price of the community was 65,000 yuan/m²
In February 2024, the average price of the community was 65,500 yuan/m²
In March 2024, the average price of the community was 66,000 yuan/m²

3. get_property_valuation - Real Estate Valuation

It supports the valuation of individual properties, providing the total valuation price and unit price. Through an intelligent evaluation model, it accurately assesses the value of real estate and is also suitable for collateral valuation scenarios.
