A Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation for IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, designed specifically to work with Smithery.

🚀 Quick Start

This project offers a unified interface that enables Large Language Models (LLMs) to interact with multiple ITSM systems, including ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, and Cherwell. Instead of having LLMs learn the different APIs of each ITSM system, this integration provides a set of standardized tools applicable to all systems.

📦 Installation

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

• Node.js and npm installed
• Smithery installed and configured
• API access to the relevant ITSM systems

Steps

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/your-repository.git

2. Install dependencies:

npm install

3. Configure environment variables:

   • NODE_ENV: Set to development or production
   • PORT: Specify the server port (optional)
   • API credentials for the relevant ITSM systems

4. Start the server:

npm start
