📦 Implemented Functions

The server includes the following functions implemented in JavaScript:

1. executeOpenTargetQuery - Execute GraphQL queries against the OpenTarget API.
2. FDADrugLabelSearch - Retrieve drug information from the FDA database.
3. get_drug_generic_name - Map drug names between generic and brand names.
4. MonarchSearch - Search for genes, diseases, or phenotypes in the Monarch database.
5. MonarchDiseasesForMultiplePhenotypes - Find diseases that match multiple phenotypes.

• Query disease information.

• Retrieve target (gene/protein) information.

🚀 Quick Start

Prerequisites

• Node.js 14 or higher.
• npm or yarn.

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/yourusername/medixhub-mcp-server.git
cd medixhub-mcp-server

2. Install dependencies:

npm install

3. Configure environment variables:

cp .env.example .env
# Edit the .env file to set your configuration

4. Start the server:

npm start

For automatic reloading during development:

npm run dev
